I am a die-hard Jazz Fan (season ticket holder) but this app is drives me crazy. I have to login to Ticketmaster AT LEAST TWICE every time I use the app and go to "My Tickets". It's so annoying. Everything takes forever to load and sometimes the app just crashes.
I'd love it if someone from the Jazz could fix my account so I could actually login!

Works and then doesn't at all. Seems to have the most issues at critical times like showing digital tickets. I've been able to buy early entry tickets or get some from a prefferred card and now nothing. Step it up and make this app better.
Sports, yes, sports, very, good, yes, very good.
When you transfer tickets in the app it still shows in my app and the transfered person's app which makes it a little confusing. Other than that the app is cool. You can order food from any of the food vendors from your seat & then either pick it up or have it delivered.

It is great for everything JAZZ!!
Possibly the worst app I have ever encountered. Definitely the most frustrating. It literally takes like 10 tries to log in to successfully see tickets. At the entrance to games it never opens so lines get long and the Jazz staff look like fools who can't get people in the door. The app is incapable of remembering so we have to log in every visit regardless. Have not been able to sell tickets for half the year. It's just a vomit of an app.
