"Possibly the worst app I have ever encountered. Definitely the most frustrating. It literally takes like 10 tries to log in to successfully see tickets. At the entrance to games it never opens so lines get long and the Jazz staff look like fools who can't get people in the door. The app is incapable of remembering so we have to log in every visit regardless. Have not been able to sell tickets for half the year. It's just a vomit of an app."
